Aminzadeh finished in first place at the Men's over 107kg with a lift of 265kg.
His compatriot Mehdi Sayyadi won a bronze medal by lifting 238kg in the same category.
Iranian powerlifters Rouhollah Rostami in the Up to 80kg, Mohsen Bakhtiar in the Up to 59kg, Amir Jafari in the Up to 65kg and Ali Akbar Gharibshahi in the Up to 107kg had previously won four gold medals in the competition.
Around 200 lifters from 36 nations are in action at the Dubai Club for People of Determination at the Fazza 12th Dubai 2022 Para Powerlifting World Cup.
