Iran’s Foreign Minister in Oman for Talks

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian traveled to the Sultanate of Oman after a visit to Qatar.

After a series of high-profile meetings in Qatar, the Iranian minister and his delegation arrived in Muscat on Tuesday evening.

In a post on his Twitter account, Amirabdollahian described the promotion of relations with neighbors as a fundamental pillar of the balanced foreign policy of Iran.

“The neighbors of Iran enjoy significant economic, trade and political capacities,” he added.

The top Iranian diplomat noted that he has visited Oman with the purpose of promoting the relations and pursuing the previous bilateral agreements signed by the officials of the two nations.
