The 29-year-old left back has penned a one-year deal with the Iranian top-flight club.
Adnan will join Mes Rafsanjan’s training camp in Armenia.
He started his playing career in Amanat Baghdad in 2010 and has also played in Turkey’s Çaykur Rizespor, Italian club Udinese and Atalanta, Denmark’s Vejle and Russian club Rubin Kazan.
Mes Rafsanjan is headed by Saket Elhami.
