Ghazal Zamani scored 17 points for the Iranian team.

Iran had previously defeated Malaysia (80-74) and Singapore (84-65) in Group B.

Iran will face Hong Kong on Saturday in the competition’s semifinals.

The competition is being held in Amman, Jordan from July 10 to 16.
