Speaking on Tuesday evening at the closing ceremony of the 9th ICT Festival, held with the motto “Smart and Connected Iran”, Issa Zarepour emphasized that representatives of participating countries at the Festival called for using Iranian platforms.
Finding ways to expand bilateral and multilateral cooperation on communications issues among ECO member countries was the main aim of holding the festival, he added.
The participating ministers discussed the future of digital technology in the region and efforts needed for more coordination in the field, he stated.
Vice President and Head of Iran Employment and Administrative Organization Meysam Latifi also attended the closing ceremony.
