Iran made a thrilling finish against the Men's 18 EHF EURO 2022 runner-up.
The match finished in a 26-26 draw in Group B.
Iran, who made a comeback after 13 years of absence, showed great fighting spirit and its goalkeeper Amir Abbas Zareei showed what he is capable of in the following minutes allowing Iran to close to one.
Iran will face the Faroe Islands on Thursday.
