Addressing a conference of IRGC commanders in Tehran on Saturday, General Qaani highlighted the Zionist regime’s waning position in the region.
“Today the resistance axis has the upper hand vis-à-vis the Zionist regime,” he added.
The commander also hailed the resistance forces, led by the Lebanese Hezbollah, for upholding Lebanon’s right to natural gas resources by standing against Israel. “This could not have materialized without the Lebanese Hezbollah’s resistance,” he stressed.
“The usurper Israel is today gripped by tough conditions both from inside and outside. Recently, 15 to 30 daily attacks have been carried out by the resistance forces against the Zionist regime in the West Bank,” the commander stated.
In remarks in April, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei urged the Muslim world to seize the great opportunity provided by the acceleration of the decline of the Zionist regime which began a couple of years ago.
“Today’s situation in the occupied territories proves that the more the Palestinians stand up and resist in different regions, the weaker the fake regime will become,” the Leader emphasized.
