In a message congratulating the defense minister on National Defense Industry Day, Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri said the local defense industry has made remarkable progress in various sectors, including ground, naval and aerial battle, aerospace industry, missiles, drones, cyber-space and the artificial intelligence.
He noted that the world has acknowledged that Iran has developed its military capabilities not through reverse engineering or reproduction of foreign products.
Even the world’s major military powers have become interested in Iran’s defense capabilities and are seeking to obtain its achievements, the general stated.
He further assured the Iranian nation that the Armed Forces will continue to make headways regardless of the media and psychological war waged by the hegemony and Zionism, warning that any act of aggression against Iran will draw such a decisive and forcible response that would make the violators regret.
Iranian officials have repeatedly underscored that the country will not hesitate to strengthen its military capabilities, including its missile power, which are entirely meant for defense, and that Iran’s defense capabilities will be never subject to negotiations.
