Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Ahmad Ma’roufkhani expressed hope that the export of oil byproducts will increase as constructive decisions have been adopted on the formulation of 7^th Five-Year Socioeconomic and Cultural Development Plan.

He went on to say that approx. $22 billion worth of products were exported from the country between March 21 and September 22, 2023.

In return, $30 billion worth of products were imported into the country in this timespan, Ma’roufkhani added.
