Iran, Oman Coordinate Efforts to Aid Gaza

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Senior diplomats from Iran and Oman weighed plans to help Palestinians and put an immediate end to the massacre of people in Gaza at the hands of the Israeli regime.

In a telephone conversation on Saturday night, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and his Omani counterpart Sayyid Badr Albusaidi talked about the latest developments in Palestine amid the relentless Israeli attacks on Gaza.

The two senior diplomats weighed plans for an immediate end to the massacre of Palestinian children and women, lifting the siege of Gaza, and the delivery of humanitarian aid supplies, including food, medicine and fuel to the enclave.

They also expressed strong opposition to the Zionist regime’s policy of forced displacement of people from the Gaza Strip.

Amirabdollahian and Albusaidi further talked about closer coordination among the Muslim nations to assist the people of Palestine.

At least 4,385 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, when Hamas launched a surprise operation outside Gaza.

Hamas said at least 55 people were killed in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip on Saturday night.
