The media outlets have reported that the Iranian club has negotiated with the 27-year-old midfielder.
Rasan currently is in Qatar, where his team has been drawn in Group D along with Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Rasan was a member of Persepolis football team from 2017 to 2021 and helped the Reds win three Persian Gulf Pro League, one Hazfi Cup and three Super Cups.
Persepolis has been without a coach since parting company with Yahya Golmohammadi in early January.
