The secretary of the Iranian Wood Industry Employers’ Association said the exhibition’s objective is to provide the participants and exhibitors with information on the latest developments in Iran’s wood industry and provide a chance for business relationships between domestic and international businesses and market players.

Speaking at a news conference held ahead of organizing the exhibition, Ali Moqanloo said the wood industry is one of the development indicators and products of this industry are used in various industries of the country.

He added that $80 million worth of various kinds of compressed wood sheets was exported from the country last year, IRNA reported. 

He also stated that the production process of the wood industry in the country is on a growth trajectory.

The International Iran Wood Industries Exhibition 2024 is one of the best opportunities for Iranian and non-Iranian business activists to find out about the latest business development strategies in the related fields in the domestic and international markets.

The exhibition will run through February 4, 2024.
