The event was held under the auspices of the Iranian Working Group on Organizing Clothes and Fashion and the Culture House of Iran’s Embassy in New Delhi, in collaboration with the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) of India.
Faculty member of Iran’s Al-Zahra University Maryam Moonesi and Shahin Pezeshki, researcher of Iranian traditional clothing, delivered speeches to the event.
In December 2023, the head of the Iranian Tailors Association stressed the need for branding the country’s apparel industry and said that high-quality clothing made in Iran is exported to several countries.
