Bahman Group Tehran Wins Iran Women's Basketball League
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Bahman Group Tehran women’s basketball team claimed the title of the 2023-24 Iran Women's Basketball League on Saturday.
It defeated Mehrsun 74-45 and claimed the title in best of five, in which Bahman won the title 3-2.
The premier league was founded in 2002 as the highest level of women's basketball leagues in Iran and has been annually held ever since.
Ararat Tehran is the most decorated team in the competition with five titles.
