The 29-year-old left back had penned a one-year deal with the Iranian top-flight club in July 2023.
Adnan had joined Mes from the Russian club Rubin Kazan.
With six remaining, Mes, headed by Moharram Navidkia, sits ninth in the Iran Professional League's 16-team table.
