The inaugural edition of the tournament will take place from June 9-15 in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
Pool A: Al Riyadi (Lebanon), Liaoning Flying Leopards (China), Shabab Al Ahli Dubai (UAE), NS Matrix Deers (Malaysia)
Pool B: Shahrdari Gorgan (Iran), Hiroshima Dragonflies (Japan), KCC Egis Basketball Club (South Korea), Pelita Jaya Basketball (Indonesia)
The top two teams in the standings of each Group will advance to the Semi-Finals.
In the Semi-Finals, the first-place teams from Group A and B will play against the second-place team from the opposite group.
The winners of each Semi-Finals advance to the Final.
The victor of the Final will be crowned champion of the Basketball Champions League Asia and earn the right to represent the continent at the FIBA Intercontinental Cup.
