Zare, who had been appointed as Shams Azar coach in July, has informed the Qazvin-based club’s officials he cannot work under the current conditions.
Zare had replaced Saeid Daghighi in Shams Azar.
The former Malavan coach had previously announced that he would resign from his job if the situation doesn’t improve.
Shams Azar has not so far reacted to the news.
