Persepolis Defeats Malavan: IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Persepolis defeated Malavan 2-1 in its away match in the 2024-25 Iran Professional League (IPL) on Wednesday.
Ghaem Eslamikhah was on target for Malavan in the 59th minute and Soroush Rafiei leveled the score fiva minutes later.
Farshad Faraji scored the winner with a header in the 74th minute.
Persepolis sits third with 23 points, two points behind IPL leader Tractor.
Sepahan is second with 24 points.
