Persepolis to Part Company with Garrido
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Persepolis football club will part company with Juan Carlos Garrido Fernandez.
The 55-year-old coach was named as Persepolis coach in June but failed to meet the expectations.
The Reds suffered a home 3-1 loss against struggling Mes Saturday night.
It was Persepolis’s fourth loss in the 2024-25 Iran Professional League (IPL).
Media reports suggest that Jalal Hosseini will be appointed as interim coach.
