Iranian Forces Destroy Targets with Drones in Great Prophet 19 Drills

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps Ground Force units successfully destroyed pre-determined targets during the final stage of the Payambar-e Azam (The Great Prophet) 19 war game, using Mohajer-6 drones equipped with Qaem-series bombs.

Defense

A key feature of this phase was the extensive use of FPV (First-Person View) drones by the IRGC Ground Force, which have recently been integrated into combat units.

During the final phase of the exercise, the IRGC's combat and strike drones carried out precise operations against assigned targets. Mohajer-6 drones equipped with Qaem-series bombs carried out precise strikes on their designated targets.

In an offensive scenario, the FPV drones quickly identified and eliminated their assigned targets.

The Great Prophet 19 war game, launched earlier this week by the Army and the IRGC, cover the country's southeast, south, and west regions. These operations are designed to improve combat readiness and test newly developed weapon systems.

One important aspect of the exercise is the simulated defense of critical infrastructure. This simulation uses mock aerial assaults to deter potential threats to Iran's nuclear sites.
