Iran Beach Soccer Loses to Belarus: Friendly

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s national beach soccer team lost to Belarus 4-3 in a friendly match on Monday.

Sports

Abbas Rezaei, Mohammad Ali Mokhtari and Ali Mirshekari scored for Iran.

Team Melli will also play the European team on Tuesday.

Ali Naderi’s team had defeated Belarus 2-1 in their first match on Saturday.

The Iran beach soccer team prepares for the 2025 AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup, slated for March 20 to 30 in Thailand.

Iran has been drawn in Group C along with the UAE, Indonesia and Afghanistan.
