Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Sattar Hashemi, and Head of the Iranian Space Agency Hassan Salarieh will also be present at the event.

During the ceremony, Iran will introduce the Navak telecommunications satellite, an upgraded version of the Pars 1 satellite, and the new Pars 2 satellite.

The enhanced Pars 1 satellite incorporates significant improvements based on previous experience, while Pars 2 offers higher imaging accuracy, with an 8-meter resolution for color images and a 4-meter resolution for black-and-white images.

Navak, designed to enhance high-altitude telecommunications, has been built for testing communications in an elongated elliptical orbit, marking Iran’s first deployment of a satellite in such a trajectory.

Alongside the unveiling, an exhibition showcasing advancements in aerospace technology will be held, with Pezeshkian scheduled to tour the display.

Salarieh previously stated that Iran plans to conduct two satellite launches by the end of the year. He also noted that 25 satellites are currently under development, with eight already prepared for launch.
