Esteghlal Forward Joel Kojo Doubtful for Shams Azar Match
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Esteghlal football team forward Joel Kojo will likely miss the match against Shams Azar in Iran’s Hazfi Cup.
Esteghlal is scheduled to meet Shams Azar in Qazvin Thursday in the Hazfi Cup Round of 16.
The Ghanaian striker suffered an injury in the match against Mes Kerman in the Iran league and has been reportedly sidelined for several weeks.
Persepolis winger Saeid Sadeghi has also been sidelined due to a foot injury and will most likely miss the match against Sepahan slated for Wednesday in the Hazfi Cup.
