In addition to being the first and only professional bodybuilding judge from Iran in the NPC and IFBB Pro League, Khazai is the first Iranian bodybuilding referee who has been awarded an international professional bodybuilding referee card by the National Olympic Committee of Iran.
Khazai, who has judged several national and international competitions over the past two decades, was registered as the first professional bodybuilding referee from Iran in the World Professional Bodybuilding Organization in 2022.
He has so far made 13 professional judgments in various European, Asian, and African countries.
Khazaei was also invited to the 2022 Mr. Olympia and the IFBB Miami Grand Prix in the same year, but his visa was not issued.
