Eslami announced on Saturday that the new nuclear achievements will be unveiled in a ceremony in the presence of senior officials.
Highlighting an acceleration in the nuclear industry’s progress in the previous Persian year, he said over a hundred scientific, technological and industrial achievements of the nuclear sector were concluded during the last year, which ended on March 20.
Enumerating the major gains made in the past Iranian year, Eslami pointed to doubled activities in the exploration and extraction of mineral materials used for the nuclear fuel cycle, major advances in the development of radiopharmaceuticals, and technological breakthrough in the plasma, laser and quantum technologies in the wake of consequentialist research programs.
In recent years, the Iranian scientists have made remarkable progress in the field of peaceful nuclear technology despite the sanctions imposed by the West.
It is the 19th year Iran is going to celebrate a national day to mark its achievements in the nuclear industry.
