Iran’s Shahpari Wins Bronze in 2025 Asian U-18 Athletics Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Samia Shahpari of Iran claimed a bronze medal in the 6th Asian U-18 Athletics Championships.
She finished in third place in the Girls' 3000m event with a time of 10:09.07 minutes.
The gold medal went to Uzbekistan’s Anastasiya Silchenkova (9:45.17) and China’s Suolang Zhuoma (10:00.44) seized the silver medal.
The 2025 Asian U-18 Athletics Championships are being held at the Prince Nayef Sports City in Qatif, Saudi Arabia from April 15 to 18.
