Iran, Azerbaijan Ink 7 Deals during Presidential Visit
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Senior officials from Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan signed seven memoranda of cooperation during the Iranian president’s state visit to Baku.
The seven cooperation documents were signed at a ceremony attended by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and his Azeri counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
The two sides also issued a joint communiqué on the presidential visit.
According to the documents, the two neighbors have agreed to promote cooperation in various fields, such as political consultations, transportation, cultural exchanges, healthcare sector, media activities and investment.
