Rezavand, who had joined the Blues in 2019, had penned a three-year deal with Sepahan for an undislosed fee.
Sepahan has recently hired Moharram Navidkia after parting ways with Patrice Carteron, who left the team to take charge of Qatari side Umm Salal.
Sepahan is to meet Al Duhail of Qatar on August 12 in the 2025-26 AFC Champions League Elite play-off.
