The upcoming season in InPost ChKS Chełm will be his debut in the PlusLiga. Standing at 210 cm tall, Esfandiar has previously played for clubs such as Kalleh Mazandaran (Iran), VC Greenyard Maaseik (Belgium), Labanyat Haraz Amol (Iran), Ural Ufa (Russia), Tianjin Food Group (China), and Foolad Sirjan Iranian (Iran).
He will be competing alongside Łukasz Łapszyński, Tomasz Piotrowski, and Paweł Rusek in the team. Esfandiar has achieved continental success with Iran's national team and was a junior world champion in 2019. In the 2024-25 season, he won the Iranian championship with his former club, Foolad Sirjan Iranian.
