Araqchi and his Emirati counterpart Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a telephone conversation on Friday.
The two senior diplomats discussed various aspects of bilateral relations in the political, economic, and commercial fields.
They also stressed the importance of using all existing and potential capacities to expand relations between the two countries in the areas of mutual interest.
The latest regional developments, particularly the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, were also mooted in the phone call.
The Iranian foreign minister referred to the Israeli regime’s addiction to warmongering and violation of the international law, stressing the need for vigilance among all regional countries against the Zionist regime’s conspiracies to destabilize the region, the ministry’s website reported.
