“On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the Chinese government and people,” Araqchi wrote in a post in Chinese language on his X account on Thursday night.
“China's development over the past 76 years demonstrates the remarkable achievements a country can achieve by upholding independence, self-reliance, and self-strengthening,” he added.
“China is Iran's comprehensive strategic partner. No matter how the international situation changes, Iran will continue to deepen cooperation with China. I wish China greater prosperity and more fruitful Iran-China cooperation,” Araqchi noted.
