Accompanied by NOC General Secretary Mehdi Alinejhad and  woman taekwondo athlete Nahid Kiani, Khosravi Vafa invited Coventry to visit Iran.

The meeting took place in Lausanne, Switzerland on Thursday.

The Iranian delegation had also held a meeting with Jean-Christophe Rolland, the head of the World Rowing Federation, on Tuesday.
