In comments at a meeting with members of the Iran Entrepreneurs Forum in Tehran on Tuesday, the president pointed to ongoing efforts to strengthen economic and trade relations with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) as well as with Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey, and other regional partners.
He noted that new mechanisms have been established to facilitate these interactions, enabling traders and business leaders to make full use of emerging opportunities.
Pezeshkian further reaffirmed his commitment to addressing the challenges confronting producers and business operators. He pledged to honor his promises and work tirelessly to overcome the barriers facing the country’s economic community.
The Iran Entrepreneurs Forum, which brings together representatives of leading enterprises, has formed ten specialized working groups focused on key areas such as foreign currency, banking, trade, taxation, investment, logistics, transportation, social security, and customs to identify and resolve pressing economic issues.
