Araqchi made the remarks at a meeting with Iran’s newly appointed ambassador to North Korea, Abbas Talebifar, held in Tehran on Saturday before the envoy’s departure to assume his post in Pyongyang.
During the meeting, the envoy presented his proposed program for fulfilling his responsibilities in the new position.
The foreign minister wished him success in his mission and underlined the importance of further developing bilateral relations between Tehran and Pyongyang across various fields.
