During his visit to the Nazeat Islands --Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, and Siri-- Major General Ali Abdollahi observed the combat readiness of the IRGC Navy units.

After visiting the IRGC Navy’s combat units stationed in the region, the commander said commendable progress has been achieved in various areas across the islands and coastal regions.

He also praised the readiness levels in symmetric warfare components within the IRGC Navy, emphasizing that new, advanced equipment and capabilities have been introduced into the force, enhancing its overall strength and boosting its ability in symmetric conflicts.

Major General Abdollahi hailed the security throughout all of Iran’s islands and coastal areas, saying the operational units are now more prepared than ever to ensure the safety of the nation’s maritime and territorial borders, particularly in the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf waters.
