Araqchi praised initiatives aimed at reducing tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan and stressed the necessity of broader consultations to protect regional peace and stability, reiterating Iran’s readiness to assist.
Fidan, noting the interconnectedness of peace and stability across the region, emphasized the collective duty of all countries to contribute to safeguarding peace.
Araqchi also offered condolences for the deaths of several Turkish nationals in a recent military aircraft crash and expressed sympathy to the families of the victims.
