Jordan's Al Hussein leads the standings with six points, two ahead of Sepahan with Turkmenistan's Al Ahal FC the third team in the group.

Ahal's hopes were dashed following their Matchday Four draw with Sepahan, which left them with just a single point with one match remaining.

The match will be held in Isfahan’s Naqsh-e Jahan Stadium.
