Medical sources in Gaza identified the victim as Muhammad Nasr Siam.
The strike occurred east of the Zeitoun neighborhood, near an Israeli-designated buffer zone known as the "yellow line" that restricts Palestinian movement under the truce terms.
Separately, Israeli artillery targeted the eastern part of the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, according to local reports.
In a related development, the Gaza Government Media Office said on Sunday that Israel had violated the ceasefire agreement at least 591 times in the past 50 days.
The office stated that the violations had killed 357 civilians and wounded 903 others, with the majority of victims being children, women and the elderly.
It condemned “in the strongest terms the continued serious and systematic violations of the ceasefire agreement by the Israeli occupation.”
The office said the actions constituted a “flagrant breach of international humanitarian law and the humanitarian protocol” associated with the agreement.
According to the office, Israeli forces fired at civilians 164 times, conducted raids beyond the yellow line 25 times, carried out bombing and shelling 280 times, destroyed property on 118 occasions and abducted 38 Palestinians.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Health Ministry said at least 70,100 Palestinians have been killed and more than 170,900 wounded since October 2023.
Israel has continued to restrict humanitarian aid and damage infrastructure across the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian authorities.
