The Zionist regime's forces conducted aggressive raids across the occupied West Bank, arresting and beating Palestinians in Al-Arroub camp while firing tear gas in southern Nablus, as armed settlers targeted citizens with weapons in Khirbet Abziq.
Israeli troops stormed the town of Beita south of Nablus and the Al-Kasarat area in Qalandia refugee camp north of occupied Jerusalem al-Quds, attacking residents' homes.
The sources added that Israeli forces also raided Al-Arroub refugee camp north of Hebron (Al-Khalil), where they arrested several Palestinian citizens and subjected them to beatings.
In a separate incident, armed Israeli settlers attacked Khirbet Abziq northeast of Tubas in the West Bank.
The settlers used their weapons to target Palestinian citizens.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces raided southern Nablus.
Troops entered the town of Beita in the southern part of Nablus in the West Bank.
During the operation, Israeli forces used tear gas against the town's residents.
In a related development, Hamas reacted to Israel's plan for constructing 19 new settlements in the West Bank.
The Hamas movement announced that the statements of the Zionist regime's finance minister regarding the approval of the plan to build 19 new Zionist settlements in the West Bank constitute a dangerous escalation in the annexation and Judaization project, adding: “We emphasize that this decision and similar decisions continue the policy of land theft and imposing colonial realities through force”.
