The operation expanded into the nearby town of Kafr Aqab, where large numbers of Israeli regime troops carried out house searches, forcibly evicted residents and imposed a heavy military presence, Palestinian media reported.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society said its medical teams treated at least three Palestinians injured during the raids in Qalandiya and Kafr Aqab.
The injuries included a bullet wound to the thigh, shrapnel wounds from live ammunition and injuries caused by physical assault.
Meanwhile, the Al-Quds governorate said at least three Palestinians were shot and wounded by Israeli regime forces, with dozens more suffering suffocation after tear gas and stun grenades were fired, according to the Palestinian Wafa news agency.
Several Palestinians were detained during the large-scale incursion, which was accompanied by military vehicles and bulldozers.
Among those arrested were Anan Mohammed Taha and his father, Mohammed Taha, residents of the Qalandiya refugee camp, Wafa reported.
Residents said Israeli regime forces ordered several families to leave their homes, with at least three houses in Kafr Aqab converted into temporary military outposts.
Homeowners were told the operation would continue until at least Wednesday morning.
Israeli regime forces also stormed the youth club inside the Qalandiya refugee camp and turned the facility into a military base, according to Al Jazeera Arabic’s correspondent.
Separately, journalists covering the raids said they were targeted by Israeli regime forces, including Al Jazeera Arabic reporters, who were fired upon with stun grenades and tear gas canisters during the operation in Kafr Aqab.
The Al-Quds governorate said stun grenades were also fired directly toward students returning home from school, while private surveillance cameras were seized.
Reporting from Kafr Aqab, Al Jazeera’s Nida Ibrahim said Israeli regime forces were continuing to “intimidate” Palestinians.
“They have raided Palestinian stores, Palestinian shops, and they’ve destroyed some of the plaques, some of the advertisement billboards that were here”, Ibrahim said.
“This is part of the anxiety that Palestinians live through day in and day out as these Israeli raids continue on a daily basis,” she added.
Ibrahim said Israeli incursions across the occupied West Bank average “60 raids per day”.
In addition to demolitions, Israeli regime forces confiscated goods from commercial shops in the Qalandiya refugee camp, Kafr Aqab and parts of northern Jerusalem al-Quds, citing alleged unpaid municipal taxes.
Most Palestinians in these areas hold Jerusalem al-Quds residency identification cards and say they face high municipal taxes while receiving few basic services.
Separately, confrontations were reported in the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, after Israeli regime forces stormed the area.
