Iran Loses to Brazil Volleyball Team: Friendly
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s national volleyball team lost to Brazil in a friendly match early Thursday.
Team Melli lost to its powerhouse rival 4-1 (25-22, 19-25, 15-25, 18-25) in the first warm-up match.
Team Melli will play two more matches as part of preparation for the 2024 Volleyball Nations League (VNL).
Iran will open the campaign on May 22 in Brazil in a match against Serbia.
The 2024 FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League will be the sixth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League, an annual men's international volleyball tournament.
The competition will be held from May 21 to June 30.
