TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran and Oman have signed a cooperation agreement on securities and stock exchange, an official at Iran’s Securities and Exchange Brokers Association announced on Monday.

Iran and Oman’s Securities and Exchange Brokers Association signed a cooperation agreement this morning, Ruhollah Mirsane’ei, the secretary general of Iran’s Securities and Exchange Brokers Association told reporters on the sidelines of the 8th International Exhibition on Exchange, Bank and Insurance (FINEX) 2014, which started work here in Tehran on Sunday.

“One of Iran’s policies is to promote relations with other countries and in this regard, the policy of financial institutions in the country’s capital market is to communicate and sign cooperation agreements with similar institutions in other countries,” he stated.
