Iran's Volleyball Wants to Play France

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iranian Volleyball Federation has sent a letter to its counterpart France to play friendly with the European Champion.

The Iranian federation has announced its readiness to hold the friendly in France, Iran or neutral country.

France takes advantage of outside hitter Earvin N'Gapeth, Benjamin Toniutti and Kevin Le Roux and Iran has  requested that France face Team Melli with its stars.

Iran and France are preparing for the men’s World Olympic qualification tournament to be played in Japan from May 28 to June 5.

Newly-appointed coach Raul Lozano has said they need nine warm-up matches to prepare  for the tournament.
