Golmohammadi Laments Zobahan’s Lack of Discipline
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Zobahan coach Yahya Golmohammadi hit out at his players for their lack of discipline against Al Ain of the UAE.
The Iranian team failed to book a place at the AFC Champions League quarter-finalس after suffering a 2-0 defeat against Al Ain.
“We didn't have a good start,” Golmohammadi said. “We conceded in a surprising way in the beginning of the match. We could have equalized but we didn't do so.
“In the second half we conceded for the second time through our own mistake and lack of discipline and concentration. We were behind by two goals, so it became too hard for us to get back into the match,” he added.
