Mehdi Torabi on Verge of Persepolis Return
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran international winger Mehdi Torabi is on the verge of returning to Persepolis
The 26-year-old player left Persepolis in the summer to play in Qatari team Al-Arabi but failed to meet the team’s expectations.
Al-Arabi signed Tunisian Youssef Al-Masakeni as Torabi’s replacement and now the player is going to return to his former club.
Persepolis Iraqi midfielder Bashar Resan has left Persepolis and the club needs to sign Torabi as Resan’s replacement.
Local media have reported that Persepolis will finalize the deal on Saturday.
