Iranian Archer Menshazadeh Takes Gold at Hangzhou 2022

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Alisina Menshazadeh of Iran won a gold medal in the Compound Men's Individual of Archery on Friday.

The Iranian archer defeated India's Rakesh Kumar with winning arrow.

The scores were tied at 144-144.

Indonesia’s Ken Swagumilang defeated Thailand’s Chung-hung Wu 144-142 in the bronze medal match.

As the Asian Para Games returns to China for the second time following Guangzhou in 2010, nearly 3,100 athletes from 44 countries and regions have taken part across 22 sports and 564 events at the Hangzhou Asian Para Games, which runs through October 28.
