IRGC Vows Revenge for Rask Terrorist Attack

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps threatened the masterminds and perpetrators of a recent terrorist attack on a Police station in southeast Iran with “bitter revenge”.

IRGC Commander Major General Hossein Salami on Sunday sent a message to Commander of the Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran Brigadier General Ahmadreza Radan in the wake of the terrorist attack that resulted in the martyrdom of 11 Police forces in Rask in the southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan.

Condemning the cowardly attack by the so-called ‘Jaish al-Adl’ terrorist group under the auspices of foreign espionage services, the IRGC chief warned the enemies that the Iranian security forces will soon exact “bitter revenge” for the crime by dealing “lethal blows” to those who ordered and perpetrated the terrorist attack.

Major General Salami also noted that the heinous crime will result in closer unity and solidarity among the people of Sistan and Balouchestan and the Iranian Armed Forces.
