Esteghlal Winger Yamga to Miss Rest of Season: IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Esteghlal forward Kevin Yamga will most likely miss the rest of the Iran Professional League (IPL) season.
The French striker has undergone eye surgery after suffering an injury in Esteghlal’s training.
The iconic player needs more surgeries and could be out of action until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old striker joined Esteghlal in October 2021 and helped the team win the Iran league in the 2021-22 season.
Yamga’s absence will be a big blow to Esteghlal.
