Iranian Defender Jalal Hosseini Joins Al Ahli of Qatar
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iran international defender Jalal Hosseini joined Al Ahli, the Qatari football club officially announced on Saturday.
The 32-year-old defender, who will be reunited with his countryman Mojtaba Jabbari in Al Ahli, parted company with Persepolis due to financial disagreement.
Hosseini will travel to Doha within the next few days to undergo a medical examination.
Hosseini was part of the Iranian football team in the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
He has made 86 appearances for the Iranian football team and scored six times.
