The 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games will be held in Nanjing, China, from August 16 to 28.
Female taekwondo player won the gold medal in the 10th World Junior Taekwondo Championships in Taipei, Taiwan, in March.
Iran will participate in the Youth Olympic Games with 16 athletes in swimming, judo, shooting, equestrian, athletic, taekwondo, volleyball, Greco-Roman and weightlifting.
The Iranian delegation will head to the games on August 12.
